about me

Hi, I’m Sophie… a high energy creative, known for my passion for design and visual storytelling. As an Advertising Student at RMIT, my aspiration is to find a role as an Art Director. I’m eager to explore innovative design opportunities through visual storytelling and collaborating on projects that make a meaningful impact.

My goal? To make everything a little more fun and a lot more unique, leaving people saying, “Dang it, I wish I thought of that!” I’m passionate about bringing unique concepts to life through visual storytelling and memorable designs that inspire creativity in others.

My journey began as a Marketing Intern at University College in 2022, where I honed my skills in branding and content creation, which led me to launch my freelance design business. In 2022, I was honored with the Best Entry in Photography Award, which fueled my ambition to push creative boundaries. I also had the privilege of serving as the Design Representative on the Student Executive Leadership Team, where I led the art direction and planning of Art and Design Week.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to dive into various creative roles, from crafting compelling digital content at VSNRY Digital to refining my marketing and communication skills as an officer at Uniting SA. More recently, as a Marketing and Design Assistant at Melbourne Wine School, I’ve been balancing strategy with creativity, designing marketing materials, managing campaigns, and ensuring every visual tells a story.

Currently, I’m always brainstorming my next big idea, whether it’s a fresh design concept or a bold marketing campaign. In my spare time, you can usually find me on Pinterest, dreaming up my next fashion statement or creative project.
